Thank you for taking the time to connect with Harvest Worship Center through our website.  My hope is that you will find it a resourceful tool for getting to know the values of HWC and the ministries we have to offer. 

For years I have commented that HWC is a great place for new beginnings.  This has been a passion of mine because it was my family’s personal experience back in November of 2000 when I joined on the pastoral staff as youth pastor.  Through the years, I have seen many others partner with us in their spiritual journey where God is ministering to them and using them in effective ways for His glory.

When becoming the lead pastor in 2009, I asked, ‘How do you lead a great church?’  The answer was clear - HWC is a place for growing forward.  In partnership with our International Offices in Cleveland, TN, we have adopted three core values that keep us focused on growing forward – prayer, the harvest, and leadership development. 

• PRAYER is our upward focus on the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.  We need to have prayerful lives like our bodies need oxygen.  Through prayer and God’s Word we find His will, His vision, and His plan for our lives and ministry within the community we are called to serve.

• The HARVEST is our outward focus.  The power of the gospel is still changing lives.  Whatever God is doing; wherever God is doing it – we want to be a part of it with the Word of God in our hands and the love of God expressed from our hearts.

• LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT is our inward focus.  The world calls those who are influential, leaders.  I believe Jesus called them laborers – pray for laborers of the harvest.  We are laboring together for impact.  We are developing leaders who are impacting the Kingdom of God and their community. 

Whether you are looking for a place to begin a new journey with Jesus Christ, or a church family that has made room for you and your family to grow in their spirit and giftedness, I hope that you will prayerfully consider Harvest Worship Center as a church home for you.
